1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Hummz platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Hummz is operated by WeApptivate Link Technologies Private Limited, a company registered in New Delhi, India ("Hummz", "we", "us"). Hummz provides a community operating system that includes tools for member management, communication, content publishing, scheduling, billing, and related features ("Platform"). The Platform is offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam).

5. Intellectual Property

• Hummz retains all rights, title, and interest in the Platform and Services.
• You retain ownership of all content you submit through the Services.
• By submitting content, you grant Hummz a limited license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

6. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Hummz reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time through the Platform settings.
• Hummz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
• Hummz will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hummz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

Hummz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
